¹ Castle Finance has no set LVR percentage required but as a guide would consider lending up to 80% of the 'Castle Finance valuation' of the property secured by a registered first and only mortgage. Castle Finance will form a view on 'valuation' with reference to CV, a recent valuation from a registered valuer and the Hugh Green Group's extensive market knowledge and development experience.
